I am a passionate marathon runner and fitness coach dedicated to helping people achieve their personal goals through movement, consistency, and enjoyment of the process.
Whether your goal is to stay fit, improve your overall health, or prepare for a 5K, 10K, half marathon, or full marathon, I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.
My coaching combines running technique, structured running training, and strength training to help you build endurance, prevent injuries, improve performance, and most importantly enjoy your journey.
Training should make you feel stronger, healthier, more confident, and empowered. My goal is to create an individual approach that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve long-term sustainable results while having fun along the way.

I want to make fitness approachable, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone - no matter their starting point or experience level. Through personalized running and strength training, I aim to help people not only achieve their goals, but also enjoy the journey along the way.

Built, Not Given
Believe it or not, I wasn’t always the person running marathons or making fitness a priority.
Like many people, I struggled with consistency, motivation, and self-doubt. I know what it feels like to start from zero, feel overwhelmed, and wonder if real change is possible.
Through strength training and running, I discovered confidence, discipline, and a stronger version of myself - physically and mentally.
That journey is exactly why I coach the way I do today.
I believe fitness is not about perfection. It’s about showing up for yourself, building sustainable habits, and becoming stronger step by step.
No matter where you are starting from, change is possible and you don’t have to do it alone!
