My Fit Journey
I wasn’t always the person I am today.
There was a time when I felt lost in my own body and disconnected from myself. Becoming a mother changed everything for me not only physically, but emotionally and mentally. On top of that, living with Hashimoto’s brought challenges that often left me exhausted, overwhelmed, and struggling to feel like myself again.
Fitness became more than just training. It became my therapy, my strength, and my way back to myself.
Step by step, workout by workout, I started rebuilding not only my body, but also my confidence, discipline, and mindset. Training taught me that being strong is not about being perfect it’s about continuing even on the hard days.
Today, fitness helps me be the best version of myself mentally and physically. It gives me energy, balance, and purpose. Most importantly, it allows me to be the strongest and healthiest role model for my child.
That is why I created STRONGER WITH KATALINA to help others discover their own strength, no matter where they are starting from. Because I know what it feels like to struggle, and I also know how powerful it is to rise again.
